Shipping & returns
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from our facility in the United States. Standard shipping is $7 USD; one-time orders over $50 ship free. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental US, slightly longer to Canada and Mexico.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Your first order is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns on subsequent orders are evaluated case by case. To start a return, email Sales@resetlifeusa.com with your order number.
You have full control over your subscription. Pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel anytime from your account page. No phone calls, no questions.
Your first charge happens on the day you sign up. Renewals are billed every month on the same date. Each renewal includes the discounted product price plus a $7 recurring shipping fee shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime before a renewal to avoid the next charge. We send a receipt by email after every renewal.
Refunds are not provided for subscription orders that have already shipped. If you want to skip the next renewal, cancel from your account before the renewal date. If a renewal charges you and the order has not yet shipped, contact us right away and we will refund and cancel the shipment when possible.
